Julie Learned

Julie’s yoga classes are heart-centered and invite everyone to come as they are. She is a lifelong mover. Julie began practicing yoga over 20 years ago while modern dancing in Seattle after a childhood filled with gymnastics in Ohio. She is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, as well as a professor of education at the University at Albany.  

To her teaching, Julie brings a deep understanding of how people learn and build awareness. She brings a lot of empathy, compassion, and love, too. Come get grounded, breathe, explore, strengthen, and grow. All are welcome.
