Franca bibow
After watching her mother fall in love with the transformative power of yoga, Franca began taking classes at Yoga Mandali in 9th grade. Although her passion for the practice did not fully awaken until part way through 10th grade, the wondrous experience of chanting kept her coming back for more.
Through time, yoga and the community at Yoga Mandali has become Franca’s salvation, her home, her joy and her deepest love. She watches in awe as the spiritual and physical practice have led her to develop a profoundly deeper understanding and awareness of herself. This has helped guide her through difficult situations, and is a continuous reminder to weave together the connections between practicing on the mat and living life off the mat. She places all her faith in the healing power yoga has to offer for all beings. Franca’s all-levels Vinyasa classes center around intentional movement and thought, deep breathing, and meeting oneself where they are at.
Franca recently completed her Bhakti Marg 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at her beloved home, Yoga Mandali, through the guidance of Heather Dacus and Keli Lalita.
