Maddie Mackell

Madeleine Mackell first stumbled into a yoga class in 2007 while attending Green Mountain College. Feeling an instant connection, she found herself in the studio consistently. With a regular yoga practice, she found she could let go of the heavy things in life and truly accept what is, allowing breath and movement to heal her soul.

Maddie looks to create a safe space for people to further explore themselves through a slow, strong practice- moving with intention and integrity.

She completed 200hr training at Yoga Mandali in Saratoga Springs in 2019.  Maddie has a strong passion for happiness and sharing that with all beings. Off the mat, you can find her enjoying the outdoors and spending time with her dog Rowan or wiggling around to the sounds of live music.
