Many years ago, when Sue was fully immersed in the world of mamahood and craving a bit of time for herself, she carved out time to go to one yoga class a week. That time was a gift. It strengthened her body, quieted her chattering mind, and softened her heart; important things when raising a family and being in the world. Sue obtained her 200-hour Bhakti Yoga certification from Gopi Kinnicutt in 2010. She also has a Restorative Yoga Level 1 certification from Ann Saffi-Biasetti.

Sue offers gentle Vinyasa flow classes, linking breath and movement while building strength, flexibility and confidence.  She also teaches weekly Restorative Yoga classes, which help calm the mind and settle the body, creating greater self-compassion, deep relaxation, and surrender.

Off the mat, Sue loves to take road trips and hike with her family, as well as knit and read. Her family motto is “Adventure is out there!"
