Michelle is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and is a graduate of Yoga Mandali’s Teacher Training Program with Gopi Kinnicutt. She first came to yoga looking for a basic exercise program, but immediately found so much more. She joyfully practices yoga and looks forward to unrolling her mat and being transformed to feel healthier, clearer, stronger, and more grounded. Her classes aim to emphasize breath with movement and offer a blend of graceful, fun, and fluid sequences designed to challenge your range of motion and to develop a sense of lightness and strength.
Off the mat, Michelle works in educational publishing, has been a long-time resident of Saratoga Springs with her husband, and is inspired by the joy and spirit of her children.
