Come explore the duet of breath and movement! Jeny’s teaching offers fluid sequencing combined with the meditative power of the breath. She skillfully brings attention to alignment through hands-on assists and verbal imagery. With compassionate guidance, Jeny encourages students to move deeper into their practice, so that they can recognize personal habits that hold lasting value, and shed those which are no longer of service.

Jeny holds a B.A. in dance performance and choreography, and has been practicing yoga for over ten years. When not in the yoga studio, Jeny teaches science and natural history, and has enjoyed merging her passion for teaching with her love of yoga. She received her training from Gopi Kinnicutt, and is a certified yoga teacher at the 200-hour level.
